Terms of Service

LotSync is provided by LotSyncai, Bloomington, Illinois. These terms form an agreement between LotSyncai and the dealership or individual that creates an account. If you accept these terms on behalf of a dealership, you confirm you are authorized to do so.

• Each login belongs to one person and is tied to one dealership.
• Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your login.
• Provide accurate dealership details, including your dealership website address, so inventory can be connected.

• The free trial requires no payment card.
• Trial accounts can post up to 20 vehicles to Facebook Marketplace through the extension.
• After you apply, account review and inventory setup can take up to 24 hours.
• We may decline an application, for example when a dealership has no Facebook Marketplace presence or requires integrations LotSync does not provide.

• LotSync Pro costs $200 per dealership per month, billed through Stripe.
• Pro removes the 20 vehicle posting limit for that dealership.
• Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy for details.
• If a payment fails, the dealership returns to free trial limits until payment is resolved.

You agree that you will not:

• Share your login, dealer keys, or ingest tokens with others.
• Point LotSync at a website you do not own or manage.
• Use the extension to spam, misrepresent vehicles, or post listings for vehicles that are not in your inventory.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other customers' data.

• You authorize LotSync to read the vehicle inventory published on your own dealership website and to manage your listings on Facebook Marketplace at your direction.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings, including price, mileage, condition, and description, and for complying with Facebook's terms and Marketplace policies when posting.
• Posting is not fully automatic. A person reviews and confirms each listing through the extension.

We work to keep LotSync available and accurate, but the service is provided as is. Inventory depends on your website and on Facebook, and either can change without notice. We do not promise uninterrupted service or specific posting results.

You can cancel LotSync Pro at any time from the Billing page. Access continues through the end of the paid month, and the account then returns to free trial limits. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy for the full details.

We may suspend or end an account for breach of these terms, nonpayment, or abuse of the service. When an account ends, dealership data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

LotSync is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Facebook, Meta, or any vehicle manufacturer. LotSync does not provide legal, accounting, or marketing advice, and analytics shown in the dashboard are for information only.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LotSyncai is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost sales. Our total liability under these terms is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law rules.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify account holders by email. Continued use of LotSync after a change means you accept the updated terms.
