LotSync is operated by LotSyncai, based in Bloomington, Illinois. We provide a service that helps car dealerships publish and manage their vehicle inventory on Facebook Marketplace.

When you apply for a free trial or create an account, we collect:

• Your name, email address, and phone number.
• Your dealership name and dealership website address.
• Your password, stored only as a secure hash.

Once your dealership is connected, we collect:

• Vehicle inventory data published on your dealership website. This includes VIN, year, make, model, trim, price, mileage, colors, body style, engine, transmission, fuel type, mpg, features, photos, and listing links.
• Edits you make in your LotSync dashboard, such as price, mileage, photo order, and listing descriptions.
• Billing status, such as whether your dealership is on a free trial or an active subscription. We never receive or store your full card number. Payments are handled by Stripe.
• Messages you send through Contact Support.

The LotSync Chrome extension works alongside the LotSync website. To function, it collects and sends the following to our servers:

• Details of your dealership's public Facebook Marketplace listings, including photos, price, mileage, description, and view counts. This is used to show analytics, prevent double posting, and track which vehicles have been posted.
• Confirmation when a listing is posted or updated through the extension, so your dashboard stays current.
• Error reports when something goes wrong, so we can fix it.

The extension only acts on listings tied to your dealership inventory. Extension sign in sessions last 14 days and can be ended by signing out or contacting support.

We use the information we collect to:

• Review free trial applications and set up your account.
• Sync your inventory and provide your dashboard and analytics.
• Send transactional emails about syncs, trials, billing, and support.
• Provide support and respond to your messages.
• Maintain the security of accounts and prevent abuse.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use your dealership data for advertising.

The LotSync website uses browser storage to keep you signed in and to remember basic interface preferences. We do not run advertising cookies and we do not use third party tracking on the website.

We share information only with the providers needed to run LotSync:

• Stripe, which processes subscription payments on our behalf.
• Our email delivery provider, which sends transactional email.
• Our hosting and database providers, which store and serve account and inventory data.

We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of LotSyncai, our customers, or others.

Transactional notifications are sent from our notification domain, notify.lotsyncai.com. These include sync summaries, trial status, payment receipts, and support replies. You can contact support@lotsyncai.com to adjust which notifications you receive.

We keep account and inventory data for as long as your dealership uses LotSync. If your account ends, we may keep billing records as required by law and remove inventory data on request. Ask support@lotsyncai.com to delete your account data and we will confirm once it is done.

• You can update your account details in your dashboard.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page.
• You can request deletion of your account and data by email.
