Refund and Cancellation Policy

You can cancel LotSync Pro at any time from the Billing page in your dashboard, or by emailing support@lotsyncai.com. Cancellation stops future renewals. There are no cancellation fees.

When you cancel, your dealership keeps full LotSync Pro access, including unlimited posting, through the end of the month you already paid for. After that, the account returns to free trial limits of 20 vehicle posts. Your inventory, edits, and analytics stay in place.

Payments for LotSync Pro are nonrefundable. Because access continues through every month that has been paid for, we do not issue partial or full refunds for unused time, including when you cancel partway through a month or stop using the service without cancelling.

If you believe a payment was taken in error, for example a double charge or a renewal after you already cancelled, email support@lotsyncai.com and we will make it right.

If a renewal payment fails, we will email you. The dealership returns to free trial limits until payment is resolved, and the subscription may end if the failure is not corrected.
